Mondays Nursery

Mondays Nursery was a local client that had plenty of inspiration to draw from as a business to build them a modern website into the future. Mondays Nursery has existed in the south area of Garland for some time now and while visiting the nursery one day I was attracted to the somewhat bold signage on the exterior of the structure that inspired m to produce a updated version of their logo for the new website. The signage was large simple lettering that simply said MONDAY’S.  It’s easily visible from the street and the clarity inspired this interpretation.  The rest of the site was designed to evoke the same clarity and simple design principles. This design was done entirely with XHTML and CSS. The background gradient in this design was also a major design point as it was chosen to evoke the colors of the sky in the brink of morning where the freshest yellows and blues can be seen in the sky.
