Trinity Arts Live Poster

Trinity Arts Live is a monthly produced show at Backbeat Cafe in Downtown Dallas. The shows main themes included community, artists, and supporting causes. After seeing many of their productions I produced this poster to help promote the event. I took as inspiration the somewhat religious ideologies the group held and chose stain glass as a feature piece of the design. Stain glass windows in churches are one of the oldest evidence of the support churches have for the artist community. Each one unique, along with a varied selection of colored glass has been known to fill churches with more inspiring lighting moods than the seemingly gray stone built churches offered by themselves. I also wanted to show the excitement the group has for the production so I chose a more excited color pallet and a main title treatment that looked similar to neon lighting normally affiliated with the entertainment industry.
